By the end of the day Tim and I wondered what we had done. It ended up we had done loads of little fiddly jobs but nothing major. The most significant thing of the day was a full service of the Paguro 5000 generator. It has done just over 50 hours and so this is the first service. I must say we are really pleased with it. Paul (marine engine mechanic contactable through Malu Marine Ltd) came over to help with the service and it proved a lot easier than we expected.
We removed the old 16 amp shore power as we are now running in a 32 amp shore power. We started, but didn't finish, wiring the twin 96v battery chargers for the battery bank for the motor.
Finally we cleared up after the shore maintenance; moving the latter back home and the paints and other stuff to the long term store.
